When placing an order we will need the following:

First call your order to us by phone, 479-719-9494
If you get our answering machine, please give us your order and phone number.  We will return your call as soon as possible.

1. Your full name
2. Billing address
3. Shipping address (if different from billing address)
4. Telephone number
5. E-mail address (optional)
6. The items you wish to purchase, including name of the piece and a brief description.
7. Method of payment. We accept checks by mail and credit cards through PayPal. 
    We prefer PayPal.

If by CHECK; after you have made the order by phone send a letter with the above information with the check enclosed. Send the check to REH-art Rod Hannaman, 1116 N. Camelia, Greenwood, Arkansas 72936 We will ship your ordered item as soon as the check clears.

If by CREDIT CARDS; after you have made the order by phone return to the page and item selected, click on the PAYPAL button and complete the information. We will ship within 24 hours of the completion of the PAYPAL transaction (see shipping costs below).

Ordering Acrylic Paintings
There is only one of each piece of acrylic art shown in our On-Line Gallery. You will need to confirm all orders by phone to work out the details.

Note; Some of the art shown in this site may be on display at shows. If you choose a piece that is in a show you will be asked to wait until the end of the show and at that point your piece will be shipped to you.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
The S&H fee will be $10.00

Orders are carefully packed to insure safe delivery.
Orders are shipped via UPS, or FedEx and are fully insured.
 

Return Policy
All pieces are wrapped carefully so they will arrive in excellent condition. If you are not completely satisfied, the item may be returned for the refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt. Please fully insure any pieces that are returned.  You pay all return postage and insurance costs.
